The hotel offered great facilities, including a swimming pool and gym, which were perfect for staying active during my New Year's trip. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions and amenities of the city. It made exploring Hanoi during the New Year festivities hassle-free.- Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff. They provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
One aspect I disliked was the noisy surroundings, especially during the New Year celebrations. The noise from the streets could be bothersome, especially when trying to relax in the hotel room.

Good central location and spacious room with a beautiful city view. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodative. New Year festivities were nice with decorations in the lobby and a countdown event at midnight.
The breakfast was disappointing, with poor quality food and limited options. the hotel had an unpleasant odor, and room cleaning services were inadequate.
